The owners of this property had a vision. Months of careful planning and meticulous site work were put into creating this landscape. A dry creek with massive boulders “flows” from the entry beneath the home and continues into the back of the house past multiple terraced planters, patios, hot tub, and a unique firepit with a Native American theme.

We enjoyed working together with Scott from Streamscapes on this project. This landscape features terraced retaining walls, patios, and staircases that all surround a central water feature. Other highlights include lichen covered boulders, large twisted tree stump sculptures, and an iconic circular wall planter in the center of the driveway.

Our first Olson Project, we surrounded this log home with large granite boulders. This is a bright sunny landscape that features ornamental grasses, tall aspens with big trunks, lots of flowery foliage, and thick vegetation for privacy screening along the landscape’s perimeter.

The first Olson Home as you enter Martis Camp features a shade oriented landscape with “native” volcanic boulders placed throughout. We built large landscape mounds that add height and dimension to create a more private/secluded feel to the entry area and surrounding patios.
